Advices and more about Severe snoring

Trash. There are more negatives that come with this product than there are positives. First, Afrin says it lasts 12 hours-this is a clear exaggeration. It’s good for the first few hours and eventually becomes ineffective. And sometimes the spray produces inconsistent results. Second problem I have is that you can only use this 2 to 3 times a week, this produces a dilemma for those who suffer from REAL allergies where we’re constantly needing to take something before we leave the house to do whatever we need to do, so that we’re not stuffed up, sneezing on people, having to wipe our nose due to a runny nose, and so on. Third problem with Afrin is that you might not get the clear nasal passageway you might have received before, so there are times where this becomes ineffective, again with the consistency problem. please I need some serious help. I am married to someone I love but who is very immature. He is a control freak and if I disagree with him or don't do what he says he flips out and hurls abusive words and insults at me. Every day I am called dumb and stupid. When this blows up and I attempt to draw his attention Severe snoring to how this is abnormal and not acceptable and not how you treat someone you love, he instantly launches into some completely unrelated issue to avoid the REAL problem and face his demons. He has a severe snoring problem to the extent that we have no choice but to sleep in seperate beds too. ANd I now feel SO alone and depressed and abused mentally and emotionally by him. It blew up again last night and I told him today that if he doesn't once and for all realise his problem, how it is wrong and sincerely show remorse for it and apologise by this afternoon I am not coming home. He has not rung or messaged me. I have no where to go and no where to stay. I am scared and so upset.
