i bought this because my gf was saying i snore and it seemed like a quick fix at the time. i sprayed it and it felt a little like cholorseptic. but first thing i knew when i fell asleep is that she was saying i was snoring. i tried it a few nights and nothing.
sleep apnea cures I snore too loudly. A nurse said that's sleep apnea for sure.?
I snore .How do I stop this? I know that it can be harmful. Is surgery the only answer. I tried some methods. But no luck. there's got to be a way!
