Complementing hints on No snore

This item does open my nostrils allowing me to breath easier, but at a price. It’s comfortable and even hurts. My nose is uneven so maybe that’s the problem.
I have very bad sleep apnea, and i snore loudly..can I do surgery myself with paper clips and a laser pointer?
My No snore snoring really bothers my wife. I was considering performing emergency surgery on myself here at the office and surpising her with no snoring tonight. Would I need any other office supplies that I may have looked over?
