This ear putty is more pliable than others. I use it for swim lessons with my 19 month old who has tubes in his ears. Paired with the Ear Band-It to make sure they stay in place, his ears stay dry.
How do you deal with your spouse snoring?
I am wondering what people have found effective in reducing snoring in themselves and in their spouses. My wife claims that rubbing my back while I am snoring will make me stop (for a while at least), but Ear Plugs For snoring she's not above kicking me. Do you do something physical that works? Do you use ear plugs or sleeping pills? Do you just move to the couch or make your spouse sleep in another room?For snorers, do you find that how you sleep affects your snoring? I tend to be quieter if I am sleeping on my side, but then I tend to wake up with my arm asleep. I suspect that pillows are mostly to blame for snoring when sleeping on your back. Other things seem to be gaining weight and having a cold.

I bought a pair of this ear plugs from Amazon. I didn’t use them for swimming, but for sleep. After wear them for 5 minutes I have to take them off because they hurt a lot in my ear channels. I tried them many times, with the same result: I couldn’t sleep with them in my ears. Maybe they must be used for what they were made for: swimming.
