This is a great alternative to the Neti Pot. I always found the Neti very difficult to use and would almost choke when using it. The New Neti Pot has revolutionized nasal washes. Very easy to use. Simple salt water works best. I did not like the Nasopure, it burned my nasal passage in a way salt water does not.
are there any real solutions for Solution For snoring really bad snoring? is surgery only option?

Initially, I thought this would be easier to use than my Neti Pot and provide more convenience. I figured I would be able to use it in the shower, no bending my neck and so on, as promoted by the inventor. However, after using both, I actually prefer the Neti Pot!
It is way easier to add salt to the Neti pot. On the other hand, it is almost mandatory to purchase the specifically designed packets of salt (an extra expense) that fit narrow opening of the Nasopure bottle. Whereas, Neti pots provide a wide opening to add plain old sea salt, done. I also get a better nostril seal with a Neti Pot, as oppose to the Nasopure. Finally, when rinsing with the Nasopure if one put to much pressure on the valve it will close, and that sucks.
This bottle makes washing your sinuses so easy! I use it in the shower. Even if not in the shower, because of the bottle design, you can use it over the sink with minimal spillage outside the sink (if at all!). Cudos on the bottle design! Wash your nose!
We love that you don’t have to tilt your head with this (until the solution is almost gone that is). My son has allergies and we don’t have to use medication when at home when he is using this and he can breathe. I would recommend ordering more packets when buying, that is if you plan on using it long term like we will be.
I have been using Nasopure for years and I LOVE it! It is so easy to use and is a great DRUG free way to clear my sinuses! I used it all throughout my pregnancy when I could not take normal OTC decongestant or pain meds. for sinus headaches. It is a great way to start and end my day!
Nothing bad to say. Works as promised. Perfect entry nasal wash system. Now i’m looking forward to upgrading.
I bought two sets for myself and my 6-year-old son. I tried it first before giving it to my son. I was a little skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience for me. I did not feel any burning sensation or pain when I used it. My son has been using it everyday for a month now and he has no complains. This is a great product for kids and adults. I would recommend it to everyone.
The new design of this Nasopure Neti Pot makes it much easier to use than the heavy and breakable ceramic genie or teapot versions, which force you to hold your head at an awkward and uncomfortable angle. The Nasopure allows you to irrigate your lower sinuses while looking directly ahead, with absolutely no “drowning” sensation. Your upper sinuses are gently cleansed by the suction action that occurs when the saline solution rushes through your lower sinus passages.
The instructions included with the Nasopure say to use about two tablespoons of the saline solution in each nostril per day, storing the excess in the bottle in between uses; but I typically use about half the solution in each nostril, rinse out the bottle with hot water, then mix up fresh saline solution the next morning. The enclosed packets of mixture are handy when you’re getting up to speed with the whole process, but when they run out it’s a simple matter to add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt to warm water in the bottle and briefly shake to mix. If you prefer a buffered solution, just toss in a pinch of baking soda with the salt.
The whole process takes less than three minutes each morning before my shower, and I breathe easier all day as a result. An allergy sufferer, I definitely notice a difference on the occasional days that I forget to irrigate my sinuses.
I bought this for my son who is constantly stuffed up or full of mucous. He hocks loogies 50 times a day, sleeps with his mouth open and sucks up snot all day long. He doesn’t get enough sleep and has dark circles under his eyes. He drives everyone around him crazy with the mucous. Then I heard about this thing on Dr. Oz, bought it and gave it to him to try. Didn’t expect too much, but worth a try for any relief. He called me the next day to tell me “I changed his life”! and it was the best present anyone had ever given to him. He is breathing through his nose, sleeping at night and not hacking up any mucous. He is raving to everyone he knows and telling them to try it if they have this problem. A 180 degree turn around- whole lifestyle cahnge for him!!!!! A+
I use a Neti Pot daily. I cannot tell you how it benefits me.
This is the fourth Rhino Horn I have purchased. I love that it holds the water so easily and you don’t have to tip your head so far to get the water to run through.
I have had a couple of different netti pots. This one beats them all. I think it is easier to use a better flow and is less expensive than some of the other one’s available.
What can i say: the neti pot is cheap and it doesn’t brake when I drop it in the tub.
I have owned the Rhino Horn neti pot for about 3 years now, and can’t imagine being without it. I went from getting multiple colds every time the weather changed to getting maybe one or two very minor colds a year. I would probably never get sick if I used my neti pot a little more regularly. I love how it clears out my sinuses when I’m feeling congested and soothes them when they’re irritated.
I really like the shape of the Rhino Horn, and I actually really like that the Rhino Horn is made of plastic. Due to a combination of being clumsy, having a curious toddler and one shared bathroom, mine gets knocked onto the floor quite often. A ceramic one would have shattered long before now, and a metal one would probably be horribly dented. I like that when it hits the floor, I can just throw it in the dishwasher and it’s good as new again.
I recommend neti pots to all my friends and family, especially the ones who are frequently sick or have bad allergies, and those few who have actually tried it agree that it’s one of the best things you can do to keep yourself healthy. It’s so nice to not have to reach for the cold medicine everytime my throat feels a little scratchy.
The snoreclipse helped to reduce the level of snoring although it constantly fell off which kept me looking for it during the night. If you move constantly while sleeping this is not for you.
This has worked great for my husband. He snores sporadically without it, waking me often. When using it, he snores much less, not as loud, and does not wake me as often. I think we both sleep much better.
Not a cure, but a tiny little device that makes it much better to sleep together.
I no longer find the need to sleep on the couch!!
