has any one tryed the somni snore gaurd or anything like it?
I have been mouth breathing for over 7 years now because of allergies. It has gotten so bad Somni snore Guard that my lips are swollen like 50% or more there size and my gums are swollen as well. Nothing works all lips balms just make my lips worse! So i dicied to buy the somni snore guard which is supose to not let my mouth open during sleep. Has anyone tryed this or somhing like this? I don’t think that you should be getting one of those for mouth breathing – it’s really for snoring. And, if your nasal passages are blocked then it’s mouth guards are definatley NOT FOR YOU.You need to see a doctor about your allergies and nasal passages.
