Snoring issue, issues with sleeping with future husband?
I have an issue. My fiance and I like cannot sleep together. Like literally. I have stayed at his place a few times in the past and he has told me he didn't get 1 bit of sleep because I snore. I didn't even know that i did snore. snoring Aids He is a really light sleeper and I guess I sleep so deep that I have no awareness of my snoring, anyone else have this problem?? What did you do or are going to do. By the way just because i know someone will suggest this, I have tried like every over the counter snoring aid out there "Breatheright, SnoreAlert, you name it...."I have enlarged tonsils and i am pretty sure they are causing my snoring...my fear is I will have to have them removed. Is this the only way to stop my snoring? Are there any medications my doctor can prescribe to rid the snoring??
