I fall asleep much more easily with this product. My spouse, who does not have a sleep disorder, finds the music annoying and does not fall asleep until the CD has finished playing.

How can I get my boyfriend to stop snoring?
We have tried breathe right strips which didnt work and was a huge waste of money. I snoring Get wear earplugs but lately its been getting worse and I think its because of his allergies (and he wont take a clariton when i freakin tell him to). He will sleep on his side and he will still snore, but of course its worse on his back. Any other suggestions?

Nice music but it certainly did not help me to fall asleep or stay asleep. I followed directions in setting it up – 2 speakers more than a foot apart facing the bed – and I used the tape for a couple of weeks. If the music was audible, it actually kept me awake during a couple of nights! I could sleep if the volume was barely audible but didn’t wake up any more refreshed than normally. Oh well.

…because this thing works for me. I have trouble staying asleep. I wake frequently, and feel just awful come morning. Well, I saw an article about this in the Boston Globe (somehow missing the part that it was aimed primarily at balky kids) and ordered it. Here’s the verdict: I still wake often in the night, but the quality of my sleep is much improved and I’m at least semi-rejuvenated come morning. Whatever’s going on here seems to make me sleep more soundly for the time that I am under, and frankly, I’ll take it.

A footnote: I confess I’m looking forward to the more age-specific products that I’ve been told are forthcoming, because, to be perfectly honest, I feel like a damn fool when “Lullaby and Good Night” starts playing…

We bought this cd for my 12 year old who has been having trouble with insomnia. Although the music was pleasant enough to an adult’s ears, at least, (not surprisingly, the music didn’t appeal to my 12 year old’s musical taste) it did not help my son fall asleep or stay asleep in the slightest. After several nights of trying it, we gave up on the cd. I wish we hadn’t wasted the money on it, but there was no way to find out if it would work for my son other than taking a chance and making the purchase. Ah, well.

At first, my 10 year old son really didn’t like the music and argued with us about it. After some convincing and a 2nd try, the next night, when we put him to bed, he REQUESTED: “Mommy, can you please put that music on for me”? Needless to say, this was music to my ears! Now he thinks of it as part of his bedtime routine and he seems to be staying asleep through the night. So glad we found this solution!
