Instructions on The Stop snoring Exercise Program

In my case reduced but did not stop snoring. It is only a partial solution.
How do you stop snoring? I'm running everyone away!!!?
So can someone please help me with this problem. I'm a 19 year old male, 5'9, about 160, and in shape. I try to exercise at lease 2 or 3 times a week. I was looking at some previous people who asked the question but it didn't really help because some suggest dairy but I'm pretty much lactose intolerant the only thing I eat would be cheese and a few others but no The Stop snoring Exercise Program milk! I just want to know how to stop because I feel embarrassed. Idk if snoring is heredity or what but my father snores too he even has to use a C-pack machine. But can anyone tell me how I can stop without having to do any surgery or anything? Because lol all my friends that have slept with me (no I'm not a hoe lol but when your in college you tend to never sleep in your actual dorm but everywhere lol.) or even just be around me when I'm falling asleep they all say I snore...And to make it better sometimes I snore too loud so they have to actually go sleep somewhere else and I feel bad because that's def not sexy lol. So someone please help me thanks!And btw before I get all these weight loss suggestions, lol I am not trying to lose weight because I am fine with how I look fine I just want to stop snoring that's all lol.

Okay, 5 stars for me too. I’ve used these for 2 weeks straight and know I won’t be able to sleep without them. I had nostril surgery 4 years ago to rebuild the walls for support and the right one is closing again. I found this on Amazon and although it’s pretty pricey, if it works like for me, it’s worth it. If you feel yourself forcing to breath then either the size is too large or you’ve placed them inside the nostril too deeply. Don’t worry about if they hang out, they don’t fall out (for me anyway). Thanx to all who took the time to write a review and give suggestions.
This product didn’t help my snoring at all. They are also over-priced at $24.94 in my opinion as they are nothing but flexible little plastic tubes. The tubes fit in my nose fine, but I could feel that they were there which was uncomfortable. My partner also told me that my snoring was actually worse the one night I wore them. I do better with breathe-right nasal strips. They aren’t perfect, but I do snore much less when I wear them. I’ll keep looking for a better solution.
I have tried several similar products and this is one of the least comfortable. It only slightly helps breathing, and was uncomfortable. To me, the fact that you are adding a tube to your nose means that the nostrils have to be that much wider in order for it work. It also didn’t seem to go in far enough to be effective. I believe it is over priced as it is only three sizes of rubber tubing with a notch cut out of it. I had much better luck with the nosovent.
The fact that there are multiple sizes and that it’s made out of surgical silicone is great. It’s soft and it includes a little storage case that lets you put the size tube that you chose into so that you can store it and the silicone won’t get dirty, but all four of them won’t fit in the case together.
My problem with the nasal airway opener is that it falls out. I wake up in the morning and I have to find it in the sheets. It’s good that I’m sleeping and I don’t have anyone to be waking up, but it hasn’t stopped me from snoring and i’m still not getting enough air when i sleep. Perhaps one could try a larger size, but I cannot. And that’s due to the nature of my nasal difficulties. I have a deviated septum from a broken nose years ago and a larger size agravates the very thin skin and causes nose bleeds. Mind you, i get these anyway and in no way shape or form would i say this product will cause your nose to bleed, but since my nose often bleeds anyway, this product was sadly not an ideal fit.
I have yet to successfully try other products, but i hope this information is helpful to you.

Asonor Stop Snoring remedy doesn’t seem to be any different than an OTC nasal spray…which can be purchased for MUCH less than this product. I would not buy it again…absolutely no reason to do so when a much cheaper product yields the same result…no snoring.
I’m a truck driver. My snoring has been waking me up during the night, during the past several years. I looked into jaw splint type things. I’ve been using Asonor for about 5 months now. I won’t go without it. When I use it every night, it lets me sleep the entire night through. It makes a difference in how I feel during the day.
Bought this product for my snoring problem. After 10 days using it I’m still snoring. Hope it works for others though. Using this product gave me NO problems at all, simply didn’t work for me.
Received the product in good timing. It was easy to mold and get used to. I have a moderate snoring issue and have tried many solutions out there. Nose strips , chin strap and more, but this works . It moves my jaw forward a bit and greatly improves my snoring situation according to my hubby. I am happy with this purchase.
This mouthpiece works . It has significantly reduced my level of snoring. It is pretty easy to mold too. You can even redo it if you like. I let it boil a couple seconds longer than recommended, it makes it a bit softer and and easier to mold. The small disomfort of wearing this mouthpiece is well worth it. It may have saved my marriage.
This device works and works well. I am a soft pallete snorer and my snoring has been getting worse the last several months. This mouthpeice has done the trick. By the third night my husband reports, my snoring stopped completely. I also wake up in the morning feeling great without my usual headaches. There is some discomfort in the begining, therefor I would recommend you gradually increase the time wearing from a few hours to overnight. This an amazing product and well worth the price. I wish I had ordered it years ago.
