i have the problem that when snorring i wake up with my girlfriend she tells me that i snorr to much and i want to get rid of it, any sugestions?

You may have to visit a doctor, sometimes snoring loudly is a sign of something else going on in the nose or throat. You probably stop breathing sometimes too. The doctor will fix your problem.
