These seem to help for a short time (and make your breath smell good!) but you might have to re-apply sometime overnight, like when you get up to use the bathroom, in order to have no snoring all night long.
Can snoring be cured? Nasal strips, throat sprays don't work?
is there a cure for snoring? I find myself snoring during strips snore winter month, perhaps because of the dryness due to heat. Is there any way to cure this habit. Would a humidifier really help? Is lack of humidity related to snoring. I tried nasal strips and throat sprays, but they do not seem to work

This product seems to be the same as those strips that were popular in the candy isles of stores a few years back for bad breath. It didn’t feel like it lubricated anything, but it did have a minty fresh ‘toothpaste’ like flavor. I was quite disappointed to pay $16 for something that used to sell for $3. I give it to my dog to make her breath smell better. I think it’s a waste of money, myself.
dont buy it. I havent seen anything like this ever. Tastes horrible. No help what so ever
good product from the seller, hurt my throat a little, but got used to the strips. nice job
I bought this for my husband who snore’s and it does not work and i was very surprised because it came highly recommended by amazon users….My husband used it for two weeks strait and it didn’t even work for one! And to top it off he said it burned his throat really bad this product is no good!!!
I’ve been using Y-Snore for over 4 years now… and my spouse is VERY happy with the results! My snoring sounds are about 80% less, which makes for better sleep for both of us.
Mind caution: when you first begin using the product, you may experience some discomfort when you are spraying it up your nose (it feels like you are applying perpermint to your nostrils)… but this discomfort stops after about 3 days of use.
I would definitely RECOMMEND this to any regular snorer!
My wife complained about my snoring and suggested I try the Breathe Right strips. After trying the small and the large found out the large fits me much better. I don’t hear myself snore, but since I’ve been using these I haven’t gotten the elbow to the ribs (I always loved that).
Then I tried a Walmart brand (thought I could save some money), but they would not stay on my nose, so I am back to the Breathe Right brand.
The instructions recommend that you prep your nose first (wash), but I don’t need to do anything, which is great.
I have been using them for at least a year and have been very happy with them.
This helped reduce my snoring, but not eliminate it. I’m a heavy snorer, so I imagine this would work better for someone who is a light/medium snorer. If my girlfriend would just wear earplugs, then I wouldn’t have to wear these crazy contraptions. Anyway, it’s worth trying it out, but don’t expect any miracles unless you buy them from Jesus.
These “Tan” strips seem to hold better than the clear. My wife and I are sleeping better and seems to have cured a slight case of sleep apnea where our light snoring wake us up repeatedly.
These gizmos work wonders. They reduce snoring/apnea by a simple mechanical solution of holding your nostrils open. Much more effective than nasal surgery or decongestants. Unfortunately, they are expensive since there is only one brand.
This product really works. I have to admit I was very skeptical, but after trying it, I could actually breathe better. I recommend this product to allergy suffers or anyone who has a stuffy nose.
brilliant. i used to be constantly sick with a cough and sore throat until i started using these. highly recommended.
however, in australia these are $30:00 per box, making them rather expensive. pls make available for aussie customers. i can promise ongoing bulk orders.
I’ve used the Breathe Right Nasal Strips since they were introduced and have been pleasantly surprised that they live up to the manufacturers claims. I’ve noticed more energy when used during daytime activities where extra exertion had left me a bit fatigued and short of breath. I’ve also been told by my wife that the Breathe Right Nasal Strips have lessened and almost completely done away with my snoring. I feel more rested.
Do make sure to follow application directions – clean the oily surface of your nose so that the product stays on. Even after
overnight use, the Breathe Right Nasal Strips are easily removed. I’m happy with this product and so is my wife.

They do help. It is not a cure but it dose allow me to sleep next to my wife and not get hit during then night. It comes out to about $.30 a night which is not bad.
My wife likes these strips because she says they decrease my snoring. You can tell the difference when you put them on. The only problem I have with them is that they stick a little too well. I’m concerned that they will cause irritation to the skin on my nose after a while. I’ve noticed on certain days there is a slight redness when it is removed. I’m going to keep an eye on it and will update if I have any more information. I’ve been using this version for over a month now.
Never tried the regular strips but these 50% stronger strips help my husband sleep at night and have decreased his snoring and his night time movement. They have made a big difference for him!
I tried the STANDARD adhesive Breathe Right Nasal Strips which worked OK until I ventured outside in the HOUSTON climate [NOW IT'S LIKE A STEAM BATH]. Later I tried the EXTRA adhesive Breathe Right Nasal Strips and they worked better than expected. The MAIN problem was the expense at the local Pharmacy. These from AMAZON are priced more in line with the local pharmacy’s STANDARD strip prices.
