I remember seeing these many years ago and thinking, “now that’s just silly”. I was so wrong; these strips are great.
I can’t take decongestants so my allergies would keep me up all night trying to get air through. While the strips can’t do anything about your sinuses they do flair your nostrils just enough to make a big difference. I use them often and get a much better night’s rest.
By the way, they’re not just for sleep. The clear ones are great for daytime use.
Night time Allergies? Stuffy Nose and Snoring Really bad. Please help?
My sinuses act up really bad. I'm not sure if it is allergies or what. But, it is only at night. I snore really bad Nose snoring and my nose gets all stuffy. When I wake up I have a really bad headache and a lot of pressure under my eyes and through my sinuses. My eyes are almost glued shut when I wake up from eye boogies that are caused by my sinuses. This just happens at night I feel fine during the day and after I wake up and get around my pressure that I feel in my sinuses goes away.
