I find that the light does help me feel more awake during the day when I use this clock to wake up. It’s also great to use as an alarm backup since it is rechargeable and you don’t have to worry about the electricity going out. I only wish it had a snooze function.

Do dentists prescribe an appliance for snoring?
My friend told me her husband got an appliance from his dentist so that he wont snore. I am interested in this. Does snoring Appliance anyone know more? Cost, type, success?I had a sleep study done. I do not have sleep apnea. I slept with the CPAP - it's AWFUL. I absolutley don't want it. I'm also a little leary of having the surgery on my uvula becasue I'm a singer and don't want to do anything to upset those delicate throat tissues. I don't drink alcohol.
