My husband snores like it’s his job. I wasn’t too optimistic but i had to at least try. As soon as he put it in there was silence. and he stopped tossing and turning as much as well, which results in ME sleeping better. **the heavens are parting and i can hear angels singing**
My only pet peeve is that it doesn’t always stay in all night. if you toss and turn a lot it may slip out. Just as a warning.
How do I get rid of my snoring while I sleep?
I've never really snored while I slept on a regular basis, but now I'm snoring every night Stop snoring Now and that's not usual for me. Sometimes I snore when I'm really tired. I've been going to bed at maybe twelve o'clock in the morning and getting up at nine to get my nine hours of sleep every night, but if I go to bed at ten and wake up at seven will I stop snoring?
