This pillow has changed my life! Living in a single dorm room means I get very lonely at night. Hugging My Beating Hear instantly calms me and allows me to relax or fall asleep. Wonderful to have during stressful times or panic attacks.
The mechanical noise it makes was offputting for the first day or so, but now I actually enjoy it and it’s also relaxing. Reminds me of a pet breathing or purring.
Perfect for anyone who is lonely, stressed, anxious… anything!
Can sleep paralysis make you feel sick, sore throat, ect?
I've read a lot about sleep paralysis Can sleep and have had it many times now, but after experiencing one of the worst cases last night I feel sick today, with body aches, a sore throat, and I just feel "out of it". Could it cause this?
