If you have been using a cpap machine for various years, most likely you have missplaced your cpap manual that highlights the ’specs’ for ordering the right size air filters. As we know, there are countless manufactures of cpap machines and not all use the same filter size that your machine uses. If anything, I would like to see this particular air filter manufacturer describe dimensions of their product so that a potential buyer, like you and me, can at the very least find a measuring tape and assure oneself of the air filter size needed, prior to you spending your money on the wrong product and your time waiting for clean breathable air through means of the correct size air filter.
PLEASE HELP - afraid to go to sleep because of nightmares? what to do?
so i posted this question earlier:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AswN.YZYlKp6Kp4wFrrcKHrsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20091112153705AAgSteUwell as said, i've been having nightmares since may. i've talked to my therapist about it and it helped me for like a day, but they've been coming back. every now and then i don't have a nightmare, but it usually is a weird dream. alot of times i have dreams where i'm dying or trapped and sometimes i have a dream where i see a dead person and then like it either turns out to be me or i have to follow that dead person and like watch their guts be taken out and yeah... i do not Series cpap watch scary tv shows/movies or anything. i do read some scary books, but they always have a happy ending (such as vampire diaries and the immortals series). i do watch the vampire diaries, but that's the only tv show i watch and i know what's going to happen (well sorta because i read the books). my mom thinks it's because of the scary stories i write but the truth is i'm writing them off of my dreams.... i'm just so freaked out that i stall my bedtime now and go to bed at 10 or 11 and sleep till 7 am. i'm the person that needs 10-12 hours of sleep but now adays these dreams have been affecting me so much that i don't get that much sleep anymore and i'm starting to be kind of tired.... (i wear a cpap but it doesn't help the dreams any bit). i am going through a rough time well i switched schools as stated in the question above because of bullying. i'm also kind of in a fight with a friend because she's being a jerk. but other than that nothing's really bothering me except for the dreams.... i talked to my other doctor and realized that my dreams before were caused by my meds but i got off those and still have them even worse...so my question is what can i do about this or if you've ever gone through a situation like this what did you do about this? THANKS SO MUCH if you read this. sorry it's so long but i wanted to explain. thanks for answering if you do :D
