Essential guideline on Stop snoring Medical

i bought this because my gf was saying i snore and it seemed like a quick fix at the time. i sprayed it and it felt a little like cholorseptic. but first thing i knew when i fell asleep is that she was saying i was snoring. i tried it a few nights and nothing.
hello! Miss Anxiety here! Can anyone advise please... Sore Throat?
Hi I had a sore throat for a week left it that long before I went to the Dr's as last time I had one it cleared up with an over counter benzydamine spray & I had a throat swab done by the Dr which was clear.... after a week I went to the Dr's who did no swab and gave me Klaricid antibiotics for 7 days... I am allergic to penicillen... My sore throat seemed to improve but 7 days have passed and I have completed my course but the Stop snoring Medical sore throat is still there... I can swallow ok I dont have a fever my neck aches a little.. I think I may have used the spray for too long eaten too many throat lozenges so have stopped them... I take a sleeping tab at night which sets me into deep sleep where I snore ... could this be causing my sore throat?? I am also an anxious person so any symptom means a disease and I dread going back to the Dr's as I think the worst i think its throat cancer.. but thats only because I've read it may be... can worry actually make symptons worse and what should I do.. I dont want the Dr thinking I'm mad and I dont want to put myself through any unnecessary medical tests because that will increass my anxiety...any advice would be appreciated :)) thank youThanks Squeakie.. just to add I do not smoke or drink alcohol and I automatically think I have cancer because i lost my Mu mt Cancer which is what causes my anxiety.. Ido hope its just a sore throat but the worry makes it appear worse.. :((

I guess this works better than nothing but consider using the Breath Right nose strips instead, learn to sleep on your stomach, and lose weight!!!
My wife gained weight when she had our kids, and the extra weight had her snoring and waking me up multiple times per night. This stuff really works. She rarely snores now when she uses it before bed, and I really notice the nights when she doesn’t use it.
