
IF your looking for a sleep aid that is inexpensive but works I’d recommend you try a bottle of Sleep Aid. I use on those nights that I know I’m going to have trouble getting to sleep. For me it seems to work better if I take it about a half hour before I actually want to fall asleep. Once I do fall asleep I will usually sleep anywhere from 7 to 9 hours. I won’t take it if I know I have to get up before I get those 7 to 9 hours, because I’ll be sleepy all morning.
How can I get myself to sleep better?
I struggle to get to sleep.I used to be a really good sleeper, my mum and stepdad always make sleep Better me come offline at a time now and are now restricting me from reading a book to help me get to sleep, lol!Any advice/tips?I should be able to sleep better tomorrow, since I'm going out somewhere.I asked about them, but I don't know where to get them from. ):
