Anyone have an easy snoring solution?
I'm a 15 year old girl and I snore pretty loudly. It's really embarrasing at sleepovers and stuff because my friends get REALLY annoyed with me, and I feel bad but I can't help the fact that I snore! And snoring is a really unattractive Stop snoring Solutions quality on females and it just makes me really self-concious. I'm not overweight so that's not what is causing the snoring but I do have very mild allerigies which sometimes causes me to get congested. However I don't only snore when I breathe through my mouth, I also snore when I'm breathing through my nose. Plus, I mostly sleep on my stomach and side, so not sleeping on my back doesn't help at all because I don't sleep on my back anyway. Can anyone give me advice on how to stop my snoring or at least improve it? Thank you!!!
