We expected a more hefty piece of neoprene, and certainly expected it to work, even moderately. This 25 cent piece of neoprene isn’t worth a buck, let alone $17; it does not stay in place – slips with the slightest movement, and is ineffective in the keeping the jaw closed. Make your own with a decent piece of neoprene, with wider straps to hold it in place. Folks who made this worthless piece of junk must be laughing (at our expense) all the way to the bank.
