The Nightwave is just a fantastic natural sleep aid that does exactly what is advertised. My wife and I have been using it for only a few nights now and really can tell a difference on how much easier it is to fall asleep. Deep breathing with the light really works and is such an awesome invention.
It’s not very often that you find a product that you want to share with friends, but this is one of them. My wife told two of her friends who have trouble sleeping and they both wanted one. So we are ordering two more for both of them!
Anybody with Sleep Apnia had any success with dental devices instead of CPAP machines?
Sleep apnea causes snoring so bad that my GF and I have to sleep in separate rooms. The sleep study only recommended snoring Dental a CPAP, no other alternatives were given. Right now a CPAP is way out of our budget, so we have been looking at Mandibular Advancement Devices -(MAD's). Looking online I see a lot of places that will make them for you, but I am not finding reviews from people who actually use them. What are the Pro's vs. Con's of these devices? Has anybody had success or failure using them?

After years of searching for a remedy to get a good night’s sleep, Nightwave has provided me with the solution. It’s easy to operate, just a few pushes of a button. Allowing you to visually focus your breathing, it takes your mind of thinking of all the things that keep you awake. If you have problems getting to sleep, this too could be the little help that you needed!
