This is my second purchase (the dog chewed my first one). My husband noticed the difference immediately–my snoring lessened significantly and he isn’t waking up several times a night to nudge me. It’s slightly weird at first, but I got used to it. The second one was even better because I had practice adjusting it to fit. Well worth the money.
Pure Sleep? Snoring Solution?
I've checked out the site puresleep.com, I read reviews on balance-your-health.com, but I don't know either of those sites, so I still want more information on this device.I snore, snoring Solution Site and wake myself up at night snoring or gasping. I can tell that its because of my jaw position. Pure Sleep says it can help with that. So, have any of you used it? What were your results? Are their similar devices you use? What are they and how much were they? Thanks!I do have Sleep Apnea and I had a CPAP Machine but it so uncomfortable and I used 3 different masks and one was a nose piece that broke my skin out.
