I purchased this product based on the photo in the ad, because it matched the one I need to replace. Unfortunately, the seller sent me something completely different, and they have a NO RETURNS policy on any item less than $20. The ones they sent me are white like the ones pictured, but that’s the only similarity. The size and shape are nothing at all like the ones in the picture. There is no way I can use these in my machine. So, I paid good money to get something I can’t use, because the ad is misleading, and there is nothing I can do about it. They didn’t even provide a phone number or email address to file a complaint. They got my money, and I got something that is essentially trash. If you buy this product, be aware that what you order and what you will get are two very different things. If you have plenty of money to throw away on products you can’t use, then by all means order from them. BUYER BEWARE!! Respironics Fine White Filter – 6 Pack

Question, very important to anyone with personal knowledge of CPAP machines?
I have been sleep deprived for ...well since the 80's...long enough to know myself....I NEVER sleep through the night and after years of this and two nights in a sleep lab.....the Issue they gave to me is giving 'warm to warmer air' ~ I have a real phobia about heat...of ANY kind, as in I am from hawaii and refuse to live there....i do NOT like heat or warm water....i chose to LIVE in the cold part of the country and totally avert places like Las Vegas & Scottsdale as well as certain parts of California as I am already with Apnea stopping breathing a fair 100 to 120 times per night...i just tried the machine for the first time...and cpap Filters it was DREADFUL ~ I made myself as comfortable with it and slept my usual 2 hours...never more than 3 plus hours at any given time in any night. Yes it is maddening...i am extremely upset....that in all of the paperwork it has NOT been not that i cannot take the heat. When one has Apnea...it's effects don't stop at just the stopping breathing during whatever paltry amount of sleep...but breathing full stop is ofParamountt importance....Please let me know what your thoughts are on this.....I cannot take the warm air and awoke feeling worse.....The Tech before she left was stunned that I felt this way but continued. Yes i am upset....as whichever machine it takes it will take a while and this btw is sans sleeping medication. I had thought it would be far easier than this and oh I am seething. there are just some of us (yes it is in my chart) that loathe heat of any kind. I happen to be open. if you have a CPAP machine please honour me and let me know what kind yours is and your experience with it...I now have a migraine and am completely disenchanted with the process...the Sleep Lab was the BEST that I had felt....in YEARS....cool and filtered air was pumped into the lab and though I was in testing.....at the very least it was 'breathable and not like this piece of crap' that I am now stuck with..UNLESS i can prove in 5 working days that there is another route to go...please advise. Thanks in AdvanceGarbo
