I am thoroughly disappointed with the patch. I do realize that you have to be commited to stop smoing as well, which I was geared up to do, but the patch in no way has helped me to take the edge off. Thumbs down!

I used these patches when I went on a family vacation with a bunch of non-smokers. I was very surprised at how effective they were in taking away cravings and relieving stress, better than nicotine patches that I have also tried. I stopped without agony for ten days. I started smoking again after returning to the real world – not committed yet. I am ready to stop again, and am ordering these patches for support. If you are quitting, you may find these patches very helpful for a relatively low cost.
I only saw a slight decrease in my desire for nicotine with these patches, though I must admit, I only used them for 2 days. I went back to my regular nicotine patch, but plan on giving these another shot soon. I’ll post another review then if I see some improvement.
When I quit I paid 3x as much for herb patches. So when it was my husband’s turn to quit, I took a chance at getting these very low priced patches.
They worked just as well as the expensive ones! The best is that they help with the “edgy-ness” that occurs with the desires. I TOTALLY recommend these for anyone wanting to help themselves and those around them!
