can anyone help with my boyfriends snoring?
my boyfriend is 22 and im concerned about his snoring!over the last few years ive noticed it getting worse and worse.It used to be alright if i put him onto his side (apart from when he was drunk) yet now even on his side he still Stop Someone From snoring snores terribly.It is very loud he can be heard from other rooms in my house and im having to sleep on the couch!He is overweight (120kg) which he knows and is trying to loose weight now and does smoke which i know affects it.Ive thought it was a normal thing untill someone told me recently its not.Do you think i should take him to see a gp?and if i did would they not just tell him to loose weight and stop smoking?i know hes very embarrased to go doctors for fear of judgement on his weight and smoking.could there be other issues not just those?
