This item does open my nostrils allowing me to breath easier, but at a price. It’s comfortable and even hurts. My nose is uneven so maybe that’s the problem.


I know I have sleep apnea?
Basically, I pretty much know I have sleep apnea. I sleep on my side and wake up on my side, I feel perfectly fine. If I fall on my back during apnea Dry the night I tend to wake up with my heart beating a bit fast and a very dry mouth. I don't really snore that loud but I have heard myself gasp on recordings. I don't have the money for a sleep study, but I have enough for a CPAP machine. Is it possible to produce the evidence to my doctor and he give me the prescription? I have no insurance.
