Free inviting guideline for Help Stop snoring

In my case reduced but did not stop snoring. It is only a partial solution.
Has anyone got a tip to help me stop snoring?
I feel so embarrassed whenever I sleep over at my friends Help Stop snoring house because she's a really light sleeper and she's kept awake by me :( She says that she doesn't mind and doesn't ever make me feel uncomfortable about it but I still wish that I could sort it out!

Asonor Stop Snoring remedy doesn’t seem to be any different than an OTC nasal spray…which can be purchased for MUCH less than this product. I would not buy it again…absolutely no reason to do so when a much cheaper product yields the same result…no snoring.
I’m a truck driver. My snoring has been waking me up during the night, during the past several years. I looked into jaw splint type things. I’ve been using Asonor for about 5 months now. I won’t go without it. When I use it every night, it lets me sleep the entire night through. It makes a difference in how I feel during the day.

Bought this product for my snoring problem. After 10 days using it I’m still snoring. Hope it works for others though. Using this product gave me NO problems at all, simply didn’t work for me.
I had been buying these for over a year and they stopped stocking them so I found them here! Using them at night stops snorng and has helped prevent sinus infections which I used to always get.
This has worked great for my husband. He snores sporadically without it, waking me often. When using it, he snores much less, not as loud, and does not wake me as often. I think we both sleep much better.
Not a cure, but a tiny little device that makes it much better to sleep together.
I no longer find the need to sleep on the couch!!
